Oral Health as it relates to Fall Prevention

Oral Health is linked to overall health, but we don't seem to link risk of falling to poor oral care.....

Currently Simcoe Muskoka is partnering with the local College Dental Hygiene Program to provide some community out reach and low cost clinics, but this is PREVENTION and we also need restorative care ( a dentist...to fix problems)
We are advocating for OHIP to cover the cost for adults and seniors as currently cost is the barrier to access.
