Stretching and touching your toes - promoted or frowned upon?
Posted August 23, 2016
I get notices from Harvard advertising their products, usually books. This is not an ad to suggest that you buy the book. It is just a question. This one is about stretching and there is a section about touching your toes. I know that our Osteoporosis contacts do not recommend toe-touching for people with the potential for osteoporosis. What do you think? Check it out at http://tinyurl.com/Harvard-and-Stretching
