The Fall Prevention Partners have been working all year to provide you with the categories in the toolkit. Categories include Resources for Older Adults and Caregivers; Practitioner Resources; Media and Promotion; Sample Activities; Ongoing Programs; Evaluations and Statistics/Infographics. Everything you need to hold an event or start an initiative - including a long list of what you might consider. There is even a French section that you can download. We are open to receiving new resources and invite your feedback. Contact me with any questions or new information.
