Highlighting the Fall Prevention CoP in Home & Long Term Care Magazine

Home and Long Term Care magazine is Ontario’s monthly publication dedicated to being the trusted resource for home and long term care solutions. Coverage includes: facility directory, caregiver solutions, products, services, financial planning, medical advances, and more.

In the April 2017 issue, I wrote an article on some useful resources for preventing falls and injuries from falls. Of course, I highlighted our CoP, Loop and the Fall Prevention Month campaign. Articles like this are part of our outreach activities for the CoP. We already have over 1500 members on Loop but we hope to keep growing and attracting new expertise and perspectives.
