Fall Injury Definition

Hi Everyone,



This is for Long Term Care and Acute Care organizations. I'm curious to what everyone is using in their organization as a fall injury definition? And how falls data (Falls rate, Fall Injury rate, and Fall Fracture rate) is currently being captured in your organization.



I find it interesting that there are no benchmarks for this nationally.
