The Fall Prevention Community of Practice (CoP)/Loop aims to give health care providers, practitioners, researchers, policy planners, caregivers and older adult groups the information and connections they need to successfully implement fall prevention interventions and initiatives. Please let us know how we are doing by completing the following survey!
