Looking for a fall prevention for older adults key message document

Members of our regional Public Awareness and Education group are interested in creating a key messages document on fall prevention. Our target audience is older adults, their caregivers and also the health professionals who work with these groups and wish to effectively communicate fall prevention messages to them. I would be interested in hearing from others who have recently created such a document and could share it, or could point me to an existing document elsewhere. Thank you.
