I am interested in learning about what is being done in Ontario around Physical Literacy and fall prevention in adults

With the baby boomers entering our older adult demographics I am interested in looking at what type of exercise programs should we be offering adults in order for them to maintain their "confidence and competence" to prevent falls and injuries. I have listened to Dean Kriellaars speak about physical literacy and I have downloaded the physical literacy movement preparation for adults and older adults modified from Canadian Sport for life physical literacy movement preparation guide (by Andy Kitchen). Does anyone know if there is anyone doing research in this area? Has anyone implemented a physical literacy program for adults?
