fall risk tools in psychiatric ward

I'm an Italian nurse working in psychiatric ward and at the moment I'm studying for a master degree doing a research on the job about development and assessment about fall risk tools. in our hospital we use to prevent falls the Conley score but it isn't appropriate for psychiatric problems, so a year ago we started to use the IPFRAT that stands for Italian psychiatric fall risk assessment tool. anyone of you is using that or something else? Thank you.
