incontinence and fall prevention

My client has issues with dribbling as he goes to manage his clothes, and had a fall at bedside using urinal, and one near fall at toilet, as the floor is getting wet.  He has poor mobilty.  I am looking for a washable, non slip type of mat that can be put down under the commode, toilet, that would help prevent falls due to wetness.   Alternatively, does anyone have other suggestions that would help prevent falls?
