UPDATED: Bone Fit™ for 2019-2020 (NEW workshops added)

Posted July 18, 2019

Do you work with clients with osteoporosis? Get trained today! We have workshops scheduled all over Ontario.

What is Bone Fit™? An evidence-informed exercise training workshop for healthcare professionals and exercise practitioners

Why is Bone Fit™ important? People with osteoporosis are at an increased risk for falls and fractures, which can result in pain, disability, and death. Exercise, physical activity, and safe movements can be part of a fall and fracture prevention program for people with osteoporosis but can be risky if done improperly. Bone Fit™ also helps point of care health care professionals identify those at risk for fracture and link them to appropriate care.
