Appropriate Outcome Measures for Falls Prevention Program

Hi there!

I am just looking for some opinions on outcome measures used for assessing balance/falls risk other than the BERG or Tinetti. I am creating a falls prevention program for our communities outpatient rehab department and would like to know what outcome measures other people use? I am looking for something that doesn't have quite as big of a ceiling effect as the BERG, as this program will be available for individuals who are already functioning in the community.
