Currently Recruiting for a Frailty Rehabilitation at Home During COVID-19 Study

Hi all! The GERAS Centre at Hamilton Health Sciences is implementing the “Frailty Rehabilitation at Home during COVID-19 Study”. We are currently recruiting study participants and are inquiring if any members of the Falls Loop Community would be interested in sharing this with their networks. Our research study aims to understand how to best build resilience among vulnerable seniors (aged 65+) in our community through at-home rehabilitation services via virtual sessions (socialization, exercise, nutrition and medication support).
