Looking for the 2009 research on video recorded real-life falls in nursing homes.

In 2009 (I think) there was a research study which included video recording patients in nursing homes in Canada to capture falls on camera.  Experts then studied the falls to understand injuries associated with falling forward, sideways, backwards, etc.  Does anyone know where I can find that video presentation?  I thought it was previously available on LOOP but I'm not finding it.
