Falls Prevention Exercises for Public

Posted January 7, 2022

Good afternoon,

I have joined this group to inquire what is available for the public seeking excercies for fall prevention, specifically those living in North Simcoe Muskoka area. Are there online excercise groups? Are there excercise groups locally in North Simcoe Muskoka for the public to attend?

Thank you in advance for your guidance.
