Funding sources

I have a falls intervention stategy I would like to pilot in our paramedic service, does anyone know of funding programs I could look at to help fund this pilot or apply to it as a research project (eg; paramedics prevention falls...) ? Public funding ? private funding ? research grants ?

Background on this... since Jan 1 2022....

average of 200 calls to 911 for lift assists (where someone has fallen, not injure but can't get up) and 924 individuals made these calls... 

of these 924 people who called 913 of them refused transport to ED (approx 98% of the calls resulted in no transport - so no assessment or connection to geriatric outreach team / assessment for cause of fall)

of these 913 people who didn't get transported to hospital they also did not get referred to our community paramedics for follow up either because they refused the offer by the frontline paramedic or because they were not asked (don't have the data to ID which) ... but either way they didn't get any follow up  and represent 75% of the people

757 of these 924 people are over the age of 65yrs
