Calling All OTs

Parachute was contacted by Amenah Aljumaie, a postgraduate student at the University of Brighton, who is conducting a research study titled "Exploring how occupationals therapists assess and treat falls globally". Her supervisor is Dr. David Haines. The project has received full ethical approval from the University's Research Ethics Committee. 


The study aims to explore global occupational therapy practices in fall prevention and management, including assessment tool, interventions, and perceived limitations. The method involves a 30-60 minute anonymous, open-ended online survey for occupational therapists with at least one year of professional experience in this area.
