The Step Ahead to Fall Prevention training program is now available FREE and online!
Created in partnership with York Region Public Health and Toronto Public Health, the training is based on fall prevention research and best practices. The training provides information about age-related changes that contribute to falls and modifiable risk factors associated with falling. You benefit with improved knowledge and practices to help older adults who live independently to prevent falls.
The Step Ahead to Fall Prevention training program is FREE, interactive, and you can learn at your own pace. There are 5 modules which take approximately 90 minutes to complete. A cerrtificate of participation is available upon completion.
