Promoting the 'sit less move more message' during this time

We at Later Life Training set out to support people to move more at home with an interactive facebook page, x3 daily movement snack videos (10 mins) which are then also available on youtube as a catch up option. We have 'movement snackers' from all over the world (including Canada/USA/Finland/Europe +++) and have delivered over 140 movement snacks in 7 weeks so far.
