Is there currently a Canadian and/or an Ontario acute care benchmark for falls and injury from falls?

As we review our current falls targets from a number of falls per 1000 patient days, and the number of moderate-severe injury related to falls per 1000 patient days, we are looking to benchmark this with Canadian data. We currently have the CALNOC 2014 injury data.
