Looking for stories for the 2017 Toolkit - calling all who know someone who fell or is a caregiver of a faller.

We need your help! November will come quickly and in preparation for fall prevention month, we would like to have new stories from a caregiver and from someone who had a fall. Please ask your contacts and help us share new stories. Toolkit 2017 should be even bigger and better and last year was evaluated very positively.
