Falls Efficacy Scale-International - Does anyone know how to interpret a client's score?

There are 16 questions each scored out of four for a grand total out of 64. I assume that the higher the score is, the higher the fear/concern of falling. Are there cut-off scores? I'm interested to hear how this scale is being used by therapists working in the community setting. Perhaps as pre- and post- therapy measures? Thank you!
