Anyone have the evidence to back up walking like a penguin or shuffling on ice??

I was hoping someone might have some evidence to share to back up how to walk when you find yourself crossing on ice. I have heard you should shuffle, walk like a penguin (see this adorable video:https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/info/page12619.aspx) but I haven't been able to track back to specific evidence for how to walk to prevent a fall on ice. Please share if you know where I should look! Thanks
