Self-Rated Fall Risk Questionnaire query

On behalf of the Public Awareness and Education committee of our Regional Integrated Falls Prevention Strategy Group I am investigating a self-rated falls-risk self-assessment tool for older adults called the Falls Risk Questionnaire (FRQ), developed by Rubenstein, Vivrette, Martin, Josephson and Kramer (2011). Preliminary validation was completed by Rubenstein, Vivrette, Harker, Stevens and Kramer in 2013. A number of groups across Canada have adapted it as a general falls risk awareness tool for older adults in the community. I am trying to establish if additional follow up validation has been completed? I have not been able to locate any in the literature. Thanks.
