Have you been asked to create or participate in fall prevention activities in long term care?

Have you been asked to create an event for staff or residents? I wanted to share the activity I supported last year that was well received. We set up the physio room with a sort of fall prevention obstacle course for staff. As staff entered the room they were provided with various items that would increase their fall risk (vision glasses, gloves for sensory impairment etc.) After the staff made it through the room, they were asked to tell us the hazards.
