Fall Monitoring systems

Hello,

I am a practice consultant with FNHA and I have some communities who are interested in Fall Monitoring systems to offer the elders in their communities. 
I am hoping to find recommendations for systems as well an understanding if there are funding opportunities for elders to access to help cover costs? 
Any thoughts or suggestions would be grately appreciated
