Is balance recovery in the ADHD population a topic that needs more research?

Hello, I'm a graduate student who is currently researching for a thesis topic, and I came across some articles discussing falls, and motor control and balance issues among the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) population. I think this topic is promising, and it seems rather important, but there aren't many articles in this area so I'm having trouble gauging if this is an avenue that needs more research or not.

I'm seeking input from anyone who has thoughts on this matter! Is balance recovery a prominent issue for people with ADHD? Does it lower quality of life, and is this a topic that needs more attention and research?
