Risk of fall and post-fall procedures

hello everyone,

i am in the process of writing procedures on risk of falls assessment and post-fall management for CHSLDs facilites.

can someone share finalized procedures and policies that are implemented in their faicilies? I work for a Canadian indigenous organization. So if there are some of you who have documentation that include the indigenous factor, that would be awesome.
