Fall Risk Assessments

Hi Everyone,

Can someone provide information on the Wilson-Sims Fall Assessment Tool and the Edmonson Fall Risk Assessment Tool. I am looking for cost/if they are free? If not, do you know how to purchase the assessment tools?

I am also looking for similar information on the Pediatric Fall Assessment Tool used in the Sick Kids Hospital? Does anyone know if this tool has been tested for reliability and validity? Is there anyone to contact for more information on this risk assessment.

Are there other pediatric risk assessments used in Canada that are reliable and valid, you would recommend?
