co-designing or co-planning health programs with older adults

Is anyone familiar with co-designing or co-planning health programs with older adults? I'm looking for resources to support these activities that include  and encourage older adult participation. I am hoping to find a 'how to' guide on what this would look like and maybe some examples of succsess stories. Is there anything specific to older adults anyone is aware of?
