There has been quite a discussion around deciding when to use the word "fall" and the word "falls".

I use the word "falls" the same way I would use the word "injuries" and I use the word "fall" the same way I would use the word "injury". I would say injury prevention, thus fall prevention. I would define the issue of falls just as I would define the issue of injuries.
