MOVE ON: Mobilization of Vulnerable Elders in Ontario

On September 22, 2015 Jacquelyn Quirk and Dr. Barbara Liu presented a webinar on the Mobilization of Vulnerable Elders (MOVE) program. They discussed the processes involved of moving research into clinical practice, and the associated challenges and successes that we experienced while implementing the program in Ontario. It was an absolutely fascinating presentation with excellent take aways for anyone involved in research-to-practice work.
