Looking for poster on How to Fall Safely - for residents of long-term care

Is anyone in the Loop aware of a poster on How to Fall Safely, designed for residents of long-term care? One of the homes I work with has had a request from their residents for some resources and information on how to fall safely. There is lots of information on how to get up after a fall, and how to prevent falls, but not much on how to fall safely if you do find yourself falling.
