We are gearing up to launch the Fall Prevention Month website and we want to hear from you! If you are planning initiatives and/or events in November, submit them here. 

Your initatives/events will appear in the Fall Prevention Month website's "Calendar of Initatives," and will help you reach a bigger audience and showcase your organization’s commitment to preventing falls.
