To plan for the north east region, we are interested in what other Public Health Units and others have done related to medication management among older adults. We were wondering if you could share some of the strategies or initiatives that your agency has planned for or implemented. We would also like to hear about your successes and lessons learned when attempting to implement this medication management work. Any feedback that you can provide would be most appreciated.
