All inclusive scholarship for patients, caregivers, family member

I believe that this is an unusual but super opportunity. It is offered at https://www.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/what-we-do/partnership-conference/about-the-conference/patient-scholarships . . . although this conference does not focus on falls prevention, it is an opportunity to chat with others, especially those with lived experience, of the role of the digital highway in falls prevention. Each scholarship includes registration fees, transportation to and from the the Delta Ottawa City Centre from wherever the patient is located in Canada, hotel accommodation at the Delta Ottawa City Centre hotel (if required), and daily meals and an allowance for incdentals. In any case, this is quite a unique strategy to involve non-professionals and hear their voices. 

The only drawback is that application closes on June 12 by 5 p.m. and the application is online, but if online access is not possible, then there is a telephone number to contact.
