Feedback needed! Survey on Social Policy and Fall Prevention

The Atlantic Collaborative on Injury Prevention in partnership with Child Safety Link, recently hosted a webinar on fall prevention and the social determinants of health (SDOH). This webinar was an opportunity to engage stakeholders in fall prevention to reflect on and discover ways in which social policies can help address the links between the SDOH and fall-related injuries across the lifespan.

We are interested in learning about your challenges and barriers to addressing fall prevention using a SDOH lens specifically through social policy. We are asking for your feedback with a short survey, found at this link:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VZ3HTXW

We will be compiling the feedback and completing a high level analysis - from there we will determine some next steps.
