Are health units and/or community health centres planning to include a fall prevention component to the new provincial dental program for seniors? If so, what would be the most effective process to offer screening, resources and referral options as well as data collection?

Although the eligibility requirements (annual net income of $19,300 or less for a single person or a combined annual net income of $32,300 or less for a couple) for dental services will be quite restrictive, there may still be a significant number of participants apply. Are there any established referral pathways for the SWLHIN area?
