Home exercises for homebound older adults, especially in this era of COVID 19

Make Movement Your Mission is intended to encourage everyone to get moving. There will be brief demonstrations called “movement snacks” provided three times a day, to encourage people to be active on a regular basis and to develop new habits. They are not designed to replace what someone is already doing. They are not designed to replace any physiotherapy or other treatment program given to someone. They are designed for adults who sit for long periods of time; people who want to move more, and maintain ability, strength, and balance. These movements are part of the iCAN Activity Calendar (free to download) https://www.laterlifetraining.co.uk/p...
