Falls or fall prevention poster for waiting rooms

Have you or your organization produced a poster on falls or fall prevention that could be posted in waiting rooms in primary care settings?  This poster would focus on older adults and falls.

An Ontario Family Health Team physician is asking. If you have produced such a poster, let me know if it can be shared or adapted for local needs and in how many languages it may be.
